Former actress Vanitha, daughter of Vijayakumar has lodged a complaint against her dad and other family members at the DGP’s office. It was a day after her husband Anand Raj was arrested for assaulting Vijayakumar.
Vanitha said her family members, dad Vijayakumar, half brother actor Arun Vijay and brother-in-law director Hari, were jealous about the success of her film production company. She said that her son Vijay Sri Hari was the eldest grandson of Vijayakumar and he had a share in his property. Due to this her father tried to separate her from her son. Later the police said a case has been registered against Vijayakumar, wife Manjula and Arun Vijay for wrongful restraint and voluntarily causing hurt.
